Q: Court ordered visitation not being met. 1yr only seen my kids 4 times what can i do? Attorney and case worker no reply??

Parents are liable for the wilful misconduct of their children, so you could sue the child and the parent in Small Claims, but it seems unlikely that you will collect. You chose a $2.5k deductible. It saved you money on your premium, but it's going to cost you now.

I'm not sure I understand this question. What do you mean "is there anything stopping her?" Do you mean legally? Financially? At 18 she is an adult. She is free to make her own decisions about where to live and free to make her own mistakes.

My child and another were left behind during an evening hike supervised by the camp counselors. They did not correctly follow company procedures; they did not take a head count of the children.

They should have reported the children as missing. However if they never knew they were missing I don't know that they are required to report an incident where the children are found.
