The sale remains subject to all the existing leases that are in effect. The new owner cannot make changes to lease terms until the lease is renewed, if tenant agrees.

Call the cemetery and ask them. Sometimes, cemetery plots will pass under cemetery rules. Even if it has to go through probate, you will probably be able to get it.
