Q: Can i cross the San Diego/ San Clemente internal checkpoints with DACA?

I am travleing to San Diego next week for a few days. I am aware of the multiple internal checkpoints and questioning about my pass. Will i have any issues if i am Actively protected under DACA? I have an EAD and an active CA drivers license.

File the I-130 and the I-485 for your wife as you state in your facts. Your wife is forgiven the overstay because she is adjusting through you - an immediate relative assuming you are a USC.

Q: Can I sue a foreign bank (in England) over a wire transfer.

I wired $4000.00 from Well Fargo bank in San Francisco to Barclay's Bank in London England. The transaction turned out to be a scam, Wells Fargo requested the funds be returned but the money was gone. Barclay's offered no assistance in the recovery of the money stating privacy laws.

No. Since you live in Mexico, you would be subject to their laws and regulations as if you were a Mexican citizen.

If you live in a jurisdiction, or are even visiting, you are expected to abide by their laws and rules.
