Don't understand how you waited 4 years. If your last lawyer did nothing, send a fax or certified maIL requesting refund of unused funds. Hire a family law attorney to file for contempt.and change in custody based on alienation and secreting your children.

Well, someone has custody of you until you are 18. This means there is a possibility you could be returned. To get around this you'd need to petition a court for emancipation.

Mediation is optional; however, if your employer agree to it, it would not hurt you to go through mediation. If... View More

I gather you're asking what you can do to see your child if his mother won't voluntarily let you. The answer is to petition the court to determine your custody and visitation rights. A lawyer can help you with this. Give me a call and I'll be happy to discuss further.

I would suggest you speak with an attorney as soon as possible. Time delays may apply to limit how far back you can go to collect your father's portion of the royalties. In other words, the longer you wait, the less you may be able to receive in past royalties. As far as cost, attorneys can... View More
