if you are looking to "roll over" on someone committing a criminal act the police and DA would be representing your interests......if you are not a potential Defendant.

If the case has been going on for 3 years, he either retained an attorney or the court appointed one for him.

as a rule, the DA is not aware when someone is lying.

they have an ethical obligation and if they violate it they can be reported to the State Bar just like any other lawyer.

because the wit testifies differently from you, or your wit, does not prove s/he is lying.

was she ordered into the clinic by the court? if so that lawyer is the person you should consult with.

If no atty involved, set up a consultation with a local lawyer.

this is not a criminal or PI question. However, making an appt with the director of the clinic would make sense.

ideally, you would have a PI lawyer, who would deal with the at fault partys Ins Co.........if they don't have ins you would deal with your ins co under the UM portion of your policy.

depending on how the meds are broken down, you may be entitled to more than JUST the meds....if the other party was at fault.......ie Pain and Suffering

I suspect it is not perjury on the part of the DA.

If they charged you, then you will either retain a local criminal attorney or the court will appoint a public defender at the Arraignment.

Either way, you should make an appt for a consultation with a local criminal lawyer.

You want your lawyer to put the matter back ON CALENDAR and explain to the court.

There should be no problem getting a new date...absent other aggravating facts.

First, Consult with a lawyer asap.

More info is needed to explain why you sold co to your CPA

Hopefully, your lawyer had malpractice ins, if so make a claim.

Otherwise, if there is provable negligence, sue and attach his assets
