You need to contact an experienced family law attorney to help you with your case. I'm sorry for all that you have been through. There probably will not be a monetary settlement for the last 14 years, but you can at least end the marriage and move forward.

100 per cent medical insurance unless the Lawyer has a strong reason otherwise. Let's say you don't get compensated so much. If your health insurance paid, you may have a repayment but that can be negotiated. A lien is 100 per cent.

Q: Legally, can a person be arrested on a bench warrant; on a charge with no legal standing?

My question is, there is no arrest warrant for poss. to start with, so how can a bench warrant be issued for that charge legally?

If the warrant was validly issued you can be arrested. Whether you are guilty of the charge is a separate inquiry. For argument's sake the sale of marijuana presumes that the person possessed the marijuana at some point to make the sale.

Try to get footage. Generally though the person who is pulling out of a driveway must yield the right of way to any oncoming traffic, even if that oncoming traffic is a bit of a yo-yo. However I'd suggest you contact a member of the Ga. Trial Lawyers Assn in your county--they give free consults.

First, make sure that there is a criminal case. You can always sue. The question is: What can I get out of it, if I sue? You should call a lawyer and see what your options are. Its a personal injury case so a phone consult will be free or should be free.
