Go to the courthouse where the case is filed snd order a complete copy of the file. Next, take the complete file to a family lawyer who can review the court order and tell you what has to be done to modify the prior order(s).

Q: I was made to do probation (recently completed) after accepting time served(their mistake). Can I get my fees back?

I done 3 years in prison, won appeal, original crime i accepted 3 years probated. Making it time served. They were supposed to have counted every day served but didn't. Anyone can follow you in a private vehicle anywhere but they have no jurisdiction once they leave the home state. Only the FBI can go state to state with full jurisdiction.

Q: Today I received a delinquency fine for $438 from back in 2006 which was 14 years ago. How is this possible?

I have made sure I payed all my fines before I moved states 7 years ago. Why would this come now?

No idea. Call the clerk of the district court in the county where you got the ticket and inquire. That does seem unusual.

He has shown he will break the law how can he still arrest people and testify after showing he will break the law He was caught on camera planting evidence
