6 Years of constant emotional, financial, court orders broken, plays games with insurance, I feel like I am in prison. Where would I file in MO. or IL. (IL. has juris on divorce.) Intimation. Evasive and controlling still. It has to stop. Thank you.

If Illinois has jurisdiction on the divorce, then I would file in Illinois. Speak to an attorney in the county where your divorce was filed.

He showed up at the hospital where the kids were life flighted too. My daughter is scared but pretending that things are fine. He intentionally harmed them, and now pretends he doesn't remember anything.

I'm assuming he was charged by the police. It is a mandatory reportable in that case, so I'd assume he reported it.
There is an outside possibility, in addition to the claim against his insurance, that there is a claim for crashworthiness depending on the circumstances. Contact a... View More

Contact a member of the Mo.Assn for Justice to double check, but if the molester passed away I don't see the case being revivied in any way.

She filed this just in dispise him and he payed 1000$ just for the judge to tell her to let him see his boy and never did he would love to get a job but how with warrent and back child support she is a horrible person
answered on Dec 7, 2017
Your boyfriend is the only person who can correct this. He needs to speak with an attorney about how to reduce his child support or at the very least go to the self representation page of the Missouri Courts website to read about what he can do. Child support is ordered for the child, not the... View More
I am wondering is a small town lawyer can handle this and how long will it take and how it will effect my case
answered on Dec 4, 2017
Generally a small town lawyer may handle the case better because you deal with them and their staff more closely. As to the bankruptcy, states have workers compensation funds that handle claims of companies that have declared bankruptcy.
If you have an attorney discuss it with them. If... View More

A close friend got a letter stating they found a 7 year old mistake on his disability records and they are demanding he repay back around $100,000 in 30 days. Does he have a legitimate case?
answered on Nov 3, 2017
If the letter is from CMS then it should have a notice about a right to assert a waiver of overpayment. Your friend needs to contact the local Legal Services office.

It may be that you are in a property that is uninhabitable. It may be that your lease requires the landlord to maintain the property. You need to speak to an attorney concerning the specific facts in your case.

file an animal cruelty complaint. Notify your homeowners. Kids were technically trespassers.

While this is a good question, it's important to follow up with an attorney in person. That attorney can discuss with you the importance of negligence, and your likelihood to prevail in a suit.
One thing that is considered when your case is evaluated is the possibility that you... View More
In wrestling a student pulled and broke my fingure. The trainer said it was not broken and was moving it all around with force. I saw a doctor and the x-Ray showed it was broken, My fingure has chronic pain now

Possibly for the trainer's actions but it will be difficult to find a doctor to say that. Contact a member of the Missouri Assn for Justice--they give free consults.
I have no privacy in my back yard where I used to lay in the sun nude. The business built a sidewalk beside my privacy fence and it takes no effort to just look over it.
I have no idea if photos or video is being taken. The business does, however, have security cameras that may include my... View More

You don't have a right to sunbathe in the nude that trumps the right of a property owner to build on their land whatever the zoning code allows. For instance if they want a two story or more building and it's OK by zoning, they could do that.
What can I do to get him out of jail
answered on Jun 22, 2017
Why? You don't want to get back with an abuser. He is where he should be. Sorry, but it's up to his lawyer to try to get him out. Not your job. You apparently did what you could do but the evidence was such that he got put away. That should be a message to you.
001-3912 was dismissed by nolle prosequi. Could the form I'd signed in Case 001-3912 constitute compliance with Section 600.051 for my subsequent Case 011-2189 and relieve the trial court from obtaining a new form pertinent to the new case?
answered on Nov 23, 2017
Each case is its own case. Each case requires going through the same steps over and over again. The fact that you are asking this question suggests that you might not want to sign the form this time.
I doubt that the court will rely on a waiver in a different case for this case. That... View More

Ask under what section they are fining you as you don't see it in your agreement. If that doesn't resolve it take it to a lawyer who handles HOA disputes.

Not clear --presumably if an individual is involved as a party they have an attorney. If they are merely a person who was a witness, no, but then whoever called you as a witness has an attorney. You can ask how or if you will be notified. Finally, you may contact the court and ask to be notified.... View More

Generally in court statements aren't subject to libel as it's presumed the court system has ways of dealing with this (perjury, subornation of perjury, etc). Discuss with your lawyer. Enjoy --if you are correct it can only damage their case.
