Q: Can i sue a jewelry store for my time and stress they keep repairing my ring and i haven't had it for the last 3 months

I have not had my engagement ring for 3 months now the diamond fell out and I found the diamond. They have sent it back to there master jewelers 6 times. Every time it comes back with another issue. The setting crooked the diamond isn’t centered. I still have not had a resolution.

Q: Should a CBD / CBG non-THC product, have a pharmacy label on it per DDD regulation or guideline?

My son is in a group home facility in NJ that accepts CBD products. I was told that staff cannot give it to him without a label on the bottle from the pharmacy. It didn't come from the pharmacy, its derived from Hemp oil and no THC. Is this a state DDD regulations for a person in a group home?

You can file in California, if the terms of service of YouTube TV allow you to sue at all. There may be a mandatory arbitration provision. You are not going to be able to recover for the things you mentioned. You can recover for the money that you are actually out - around what, $400?
