However, the petition must be... View More

Your question is confusing.

The collection of royalties can be accomplished in several ways. Directly negotiating and collecting with every organization, or using some of the agencies that exist that license and charge for your music, lyrics, etc directly. They then distribute the money....

You need to contact a business attorney as you will need paperwork to cover you in regard to claims from the investors. Anyone can give anyone else money to gamble with--that's not a violation. However you need to have disclaimers and it's not something you'd want to do off the... View More

Q: If someone breaks my leg and I was suppose to join the NBA can I sue them for what I would have made in the NBA

If I were just drafted into the NBA and someone breaks my leg on purpose, Can I sue them for having ruined my career For the money I would have made had I gone to the NBA?

If you were drafted, then you have an agent and I am sure an attorney.

You should be discussing all this with them, if you are forthright.

Your agent would lose a lot of money if you do not fulfill your contract. An agent would have ALREADY discussed this issue with you

If you believe there was a Will you would check where the decedent kept important papers, get in touch with their attorney or check with the local Surrogate’s Court to see if it was filed. If there is a safe deposit box many times people make the mistake of putting their Will there.... View More

It's possible you could; virtually anyone can. But suing can be costly and time consuming. Why not first contact them and ask them about the charges. If their customer support will not work with you to rectify the misunderstanding, then you could think about such legal options. Good luck... View More

You are first and foremost looking at a potential criminal matter. Your first call should be to the local police. If you know the person's identity, you could also look into contacting a civil attorney.
