Is claim still valid, insurance company had agreed to pay. Injured party refused due to dispersement disagreement .

Q: I have a intracranial hematoma to my right temporal lobe that was left untreated now has started paralyzed my body

On the opposite side also my speech an alot more I wasn't aware of this until I tried filling out for disability 2007 an again 2019 I was told I refuse treated but 2017 I got my records and it stated different from my records my lawyer has which he's not aware of yet

Q: Is at fault insurance company liable for storage fee's for disabled vehicle that was towed to owners home sit 65 days?

They really took their time, first saying that my vehicle was totaled, after 2 months they changed my adjuster the new person said that it was not totalled and I would be issued a check a few weeks later I received the check and it was towed to the body shop.
