What is your question? It sounds like your best course of action would be to address this issue with your university. Perhaps to the head academic advisor or to a dean of students. Many universities also have departments and deans specific to international students.

Q: Do I have a chance of getting my money back?

My kids was evicted from a hotel. Came to the room once then police showed up 10 minutes later they charged me $200 for inconvenience. There was no warning or altercation they didn’t even ask them to leave just be quiet.

Unlikely. Did you pay by credit card? You could try disputing the charge with your credit card company.

What does the judgment of divorce say about possession of the car? As to the bank - regardless of what the judgment says - they are going to hold you equally responsible for the balance.

Without more, it's likely the bank will restore to you whatever funds you lost. Depending on what exactly happened, or how much you lost, you could look into pursuing things further.

You need to look over your agreement carefully. You might find a clause that says you must either first submit to arbitration and jurisdiction for any suit is in Arizona. I co-signed for auto loan.

Prior to notifying me of any delinquency, or getting permission to do so, bank took payment from my account. My credit score subsequently dropped. I would have paid had I known.

Q: I purchased a vehicle from a dealer in FL. Upon arrival here in MI it was discovered to be essentially a wreck.

Can I sue them in MI for fraudulent misrepresentation, which is where the entire transaction occurred? Or will I need to go to FL to do it?

Reads as though there is more going on than just the repair person taking photos inside your house. It is possible there is an invasion of privacy issue here, but it might depend on what was photographed and/or whether or not the contract says anything about photographs.

You can certainly check with the court to see what's been submitted. Otherwise, your answer could simply be "settled by agreement on such-and such a date".
