Perhaps, but why didn't you notice this in the last twenty years? If you have always known of the loan, it probably much too late.

My complaints often get failure to state a claim citations even when I clearly show how the defendant did something that effected the plaintiff. Can someone elaborate on it.

You have not stated what you are suing for, so it's hard to elaborate. Dozens of people clearly affect me every day, this certainly doesn't mean I am entitled to damages. If your "complaints often get failure to state a claim citations," you clearly need assistance. If you... View More

Who made you sign the paperwork making you liable if his cousin skipped bail. Unless "he" is the bondsman, you don't have a case against the bondsman.

I'm trying to appeal a false OFP that was filed against me on my own. The OFP was filed by my abuser in retaliation to me telling someone about their abuse. What do you mean by "legal document?" A notarized document is just that, a " notarized document." I can sign my grocery list and have it notarized. That proves I signed my grocery list, nothing more.

I am not familiar with the law, but city didn't prevent 1 or more persons from making a complaint. You made a complaint. Does the law state what actions the city is required to take? What resources it is required use?

UNDERGE GIRL SCAM

You can Google it.

You can cease all communications.

You can report it to the police.

You can pay an attorney to evaluate your situation for a legal opinion.

You can get a second job to keep your blackmailer silent.

Or a combination thereof.

Apparently, your rental car was stolen. You were required have it properly insured. The facts your boyfriend was ran over and your phone was also stolen are irrelevant. I don't know what to say about the vehicle registration. Your insurance company should be addressing this matter.

"After a warrant is issued," there is no "time window where they are supposed to get you in front of a judge." Undoubtedly, it will be enforced at a time most inconvenient for you. Think about cleaning it up, it isn't going anywhere.

If I was her attorney, I would sue the LLC and you personally. If I was your attorney, I would need more information to advise you (e.g. how much $ is a stake, how much could this hurt you even if you win, etc.)

Your "factual grounds" most have a legal basis. The attorney isn't going to rely to some super secret code that is going to confuse the mediator or judge. You need to understand what is community property and what is not.

The father will need to consent to the step-parent adoption or you will need to convince the judge to proceed without it. The judge will need more information than just your statement.

Child support and child custody are related, but separate matters. Relocation is primarily a custody matter.
