If so, you may be out of time as in Louisiana you have 1 year from the date of incident in which to file your tort claim. Q: I'm I entitled to a copy of the settlement check, front and back told that I can only get the front side check not back

Went to sign the settlement check but wanted a copy of complete check ( front and back) I was told no I couldn't get the back of the check because it was unethical and was told that until I sign the check my pay will be reduced every week is this true

Q: A misplaced n g tube was Actual Cause of death. Discovered after prescription do I have a path forward to sue?

It wasn't on your property and it wasn't your dog. If yiur neighbor does sue you, your homeowners insurance will provide a defense.
