This house is paid for 100%, no liens no mortgages this is all I have I'm 58 years old how can I stop them from tearing my house down

Either hire an attorney or do the research and represent yourself, quickly. Once the house is demolished there will be a lien filed for the cost. And that lien might be executed against the land.

You legally can represent yourself in legal proceedings.

It’s not a great idea, and the overwhelming majority of pro se litigants lose. Even most lawyers don’t represent themselves for very good reasons.

Q: My wife had a coworker call her to the back and expose yourself to her she , he was fired, is the company reliable

I'm wondering what the processing if there is a potential lawsuit against the company, coworker exposed himself to her, is the company liable for unsafe workplace, or sexual harassment? Is there any civil lawsuit that can be filed, here?

It depends. There could be against the company, however unfortunately without more information it is impossible to tell. There is a possible cause of action against the coworker, you should seek a local personal injury/employment attorney to discuss this case with.

Q: I am renting a room from abusive sister. What's my expectations of privacy. Can she come in my room anytime?

She has given me 2 months to vacate but growing increasingly agitated with me. I'm not on the lease. She won't allow me to put a lock on the door.

Q: Is the Attorney obligated to represent client?

An attorney filed a petition for expungement for his client. The Court grants an Order for the Expungement. The Police violate the Court Order. Is the Attorney ethically obligated to file a motion for Contempt against the Police on behalf of his paying client?

No. Unless the fee agreement indicates otherwise, or is not specifically limited, the attorney's duties end on the job hired for is completed.

I was arrested earlier for false information to officer but dhr and that officer told me to file the report and I have proof from dr it’s true but didn’t show it at the time how can I be arrested if I haven’t even had a court date on it

Generally, a motion to suppress can be filed any time during the pretrial/motion/discovery phase of the case, subject to any specific rules or requirements ret by the court.

We all have a right of privacy, which includes our "right of publicity." However, if your image was taken while you were in a public place, and/or your image was only briefly shown, it will be much harder to assert your claim. Please consult with an IP/privacy attorney to fully assess your rights.
