Q: I want to source hvac units and resell them to licensed installers locally. Am I able to sell them legally w/o license?

I would sell them to local small businesses that do ac repair and need hvac units for their customers. I do not have a license and wanted to know if I legally needed one to be able to buy and sell hvac in FL

I don't think you need a license from the Construction Industry Licensing Board but you would need an occupational license. You should also form an S corporation or LLC to protect you and have the manufacturer cover you under its product liability insurance..

Ah, the old smell test. Maybe you should get your concern as an agenda item before the entire board. Nepotism in employment is not prohibited, in PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT. however, (unless your last name is Trump) it is frowned upon in Public employment.

Q: If you leave your property on city property does it become owned by the city?

Volunteers/nonprofit leaving goods overnight.

You might consider filing a Civil Warrant for Conversion in General Sessions. The exact name of the Shop must be listed as Party Defendant, and you must properly serve it.

Your Court Supervision should be fine, but you really need to have your parents hire a criminal defense attorney for you in order to assist you with these new charges. The sooner an attorney is hired, the better.
