My ex wife and I divorced in May of 2020. As part of our settlement agreement, she was to take the vehicle and payments after the divorce was final. We also agreed that I would pay her $700 a month until July 2022, so she wouldn't go after my retirement. I have been making the payments out... View More

You may have a technical claim, but as the vaccine has been used on millions with few side effects, you may want to consider if you don't want her to have the second dose which would be highly beneficial to her.

I was wearing sunglass. I was asked for a medical question like what is your diagnosis? I gave her my diagnosis. She looked it up via cell phone to find what it is. I am considering this violation of HIPPA's or an Invasion of privacy. Can it be both in same way?

No because she wasn't inputting your name just the diagnosis. If she used a book it would be the same thing.

Q: I have a GPS monitor on. It has caused permanent damage to my ankle. Can I sue for damages?

I'm on Interstate Parole. I had a violation and had to go back and serve 90 days. Upon release and arrival back to Rhode Island, a GPS monitor was attached. The first time I had a monitor, it was for 90 days. I did not get any marks then.

I'm not hearing you had medical treatement. Until you get it there is no record showing you have anything caused by the monitor. Once you have that you can ask to have it switched to the other ankle or made so that you can work a sock in between the brace and your ankle.

You should...

If it is wrapped up and not easy to use, it should be OK. You can always get a long wide mailing tube or a carboard footer tube cut to length and put it in that.

Assuming they did not get your consent to a transfustion, you technically have a claim for battery. However there are many legal issues, and you should 1) not ask or tell medstaff you are thinking of a claim but ask general open ended questions if you are asking them , 2) get legal advice from a... The short answer is anyone can ask for a case to be heard. Emily should make a copy of whatever papers she got, turn it over to her...
