It's not clear that you have a question. However as it involves some serious issues, and this is a public site, I suggest you contact an attorney who handles criminal defense in the states where you are charged or where you have concerns and do not discuss these issues on any social media.

If that was the deal going in, and you relied on that in taking the place, you have an argument to make that you can leave without having to pay.

However, if you started to rent, then he said you don't have to pay, that's more a change in conditions that affected his view of what...

Well, you can call the police. I'd first ask him why he's doing this. Repeatedly. AFter all you have him as your neighbor so you have to live with him nearby.

You should go to the police and ask about registering it. If they want it, give it to them and get a receipt. YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE AN UNREGISTERED FIREARM in your posession.

See if he'll pay for your uber. If he has a vehicle I see a court saying you are right. But maybe if you had an attorney who got you the full custody, speak with them.

That is more a question for a CPA than an attorney. As the fees are only secondarily related to the license my feeling is no, but I am not a tax specialist and CPA's are.

It depends on the law of the state where you live. If you have a "discovery date" it can be extended. If you were under 18 when you took it, most states give you until you are 21.

Contact the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Office. If the unit was paid for through a program that program should be notified .

You have a right to sue them and can sue them in small claims court.
