I have a 125cc dirtbike that cannot go really fast. I live in a pretty laxed equestrian neighborhood. The roads are gravel with no line markings or anything, but isn't rural. The statute doesn't apply; your bike is not an ATV (which would not be "street-legal" but nevertheless can be operated under the enumerated conditions).

For the local laws you would have to ask somebody in your locality..

The answer to your question may lie in any agreement between the parties before working on the song. The engineer and DJ were "hired to work" for you in your cabaret performances. If a similar agreement was in place for the production of the song - also known as a work for hire agreement... View More

Q: If someone breaks my leg and I was suppose to join the NBA can I sue them for what I would have made in the NBA

If I were just drafted into the NBA and someone breaks my leg on purpose, Can I sue them for having ruined my career For the money I would have made had I gone to the NBA?

If you were drafted, then you have an agent and I am sure an attorney.

You should be discussing all this with them, if you are forthright.

Your agent would lose a lot of money if you do not fulfill your contract. An agent would have ALREADY discussed this issue with you

If their customer support will not work with you to rectify the misunderstanding, then you could think about such legal options. Good luck... View More
