You would need to get with an attorney from NY where your case was filed and have them draw up an agreement to stop the alimony and enter a supplemental final judgment incorporating the agreement.
HE IS NOT WILLING TO SIGN THE SUMMONS ,SENT IT THROUGH HIS ATTORNEY IN US BUT HE IS NOT SIGNING THEM.

I divorced in 2023, when filed the divorce we did not put in language for the property tax. The property tax bill of 2022 came after we filed divorce but before the divorce finalized. Now can I ask my exspouse to be responsible for half of the property tax of 2022?
