I represent the estates of my uncle and grandmother, both sent to Auschwitz on the French Railroad from Drancy , France.

If you are the personal representative of their estates (appointed by a probate court), your attorney should review the applicable treaty, and pertinent State Department regulations, to see if there are grounds for appeal of the denial. Why are they denying continued payments?
With Status of Forces Agreement. I was just wondering if you could fill in some questions I had. If we provide a service, as a contractor, for a base in a foreign country, will we be able to fly our guys out to install this or will they have to employ the locals for this? It will depend upon the terms of your contract, as well as upon the text of the particular SOF agreement.

Sorry for your situation but it is most likely perfectly Legal assuming the HOA is following the governing documents correctly. No way to say for certain without first reading the HOA governing documents which can’t be done here on Line.
Good luck.

You should schedule a consultation with a competent immigration attorney, and possibly also with a family law attorney. Also, is your husband a U.S. Citizen, naturalized or by birth? If so, then your step-child may, but not necessarily, have a claim to U.S. Citizenship, in which case... Read more »

In the class, the instructor is in charge. outside of class you are free to listen to what you want. It sounds like there is more to this story. ie: sounds like the instructor knows what type of music you are listening too and apparently does not like your choice of music.
Hope this helps.
If I have a business/product idea and want to pursue it with an already established company, instead of starting from scratch how can I work with them without them stealing the idea or product from me, what's the safest approach for me as far as the law goes to protect my idea

Develop a description of your product that does not reveal any of the protected information. Once you get a company interested, pay a lawyer for a Non-Disclosure Agreement, commonly called an NDA. Get it signed before you reveal anything identifiable.
I've got my green card trough the employment (5yr) but Im also married to US citizen(3yr). How should I apply in n400? First question alone is confusing, I can select A or B? Applying trough "married to US citizen" creates more paperwork . Need advice how should I apply. Thank you

answered on Jun 19, 2017
You may be able to apply under either the 5-year rule or the 3-year rule. Whether you pick one over the other may depend on whether you have criminal history, for example, within the last 5 years but not within the last 3 years. USCIS evaluates whether one has good moral character for either the... Read more »

If you are doing business in the U.S., and if in the course of so doing business you violate a U.S. federal statute, presumably you can be sued in the U.S. for damages resulting from such violation. If the statute includes a fine (in addition to actual damages), the plaintiff could recover those... Read more »

Take the average income that you have made for at least the last year and state that as your income in doing the affidavit. That is probably the best solution I can come up with right now. Go see an immigration attorney, as well. They rarely answer any questions here.
