Technically, there is probably some liability there but it very likely wouldn’t be worth the time, money or hassle to pursue it. If you can get reimbursed what you’ve lost ( or most of it), you’ll still be ahead of the game.

You should be able to sue him in small claims court in the county where the transaction took place. Save all your records and communications with him. Yes. There is a 15 year statute of limitations on a judgment collection if it has not been renewed.

Q: Can a credit Union charge your card without permission and then close your card in a middle of a credit card dispute.

The Union usually has a set off provision in their cardholder agreement which allows them to set off any monies in your account to the extent their debt is paid.

Q: Auto accident car totalled, full coverage lapsed but lien holder added forced placed policy. Who owns if loan settled?

Daughter was in accident. Still owes for the car, boyfriend didn't pay insurance but credit union added a forced placed insurance policy. If that policy settles the loan for them. Does the vehicle then belong to my daughter or the credit union in Kentucky?

Credit Union gets reimbursed for the loan first. Any remaining proceeds after that go to your daughter.

Q: Capital one bank refuses to validate my claim when I made a purchase on PayPal and the merchant didn’t get the money.

I submitted plenty of proof that showed the merchant didn’t recieved the payment. Capital one reversed the claim and emptied out my bank account.

You don’t owe them any money (unless you signed something agreeing to pay) so do t pay them any money. It’s not worth look egss as l action at this point but you might want to write them a letter saying debt not owed.

Q: Can a trailer be sold over half the marketing value ?

The trailer is valued at $11,000 and it is being sold for $20,000. $4,000 has done been paid towards the $20,000 but just now discovering the property only values at $11,000 can I get the price reduced is this even legal?

It is legal and you don’t have to buy the trailer at all.

Q: Can I sue a company for failing to deliver on their promise?

I paid this company over 8000 dollars to get rid of 23,000 dollars in credit card debt, and said my credit score would be in the 700's again. My credit is worse now than it was then.

Q: My husband and I have been married three years. We refinanced his house, loan in my name only, both of our names on the

deed. We purchased an RV with both names on the title, loan in my name. If we divorce, can he also be liable for the debt? He is threatening to take the RV and leave and I won't know where he's at. He has not worked for two years due to surgery, my salary has kept us afloat. He has no income.

If you divorce, he is absolutely responsible for part of the debt, regardless of whose name the property is titled in.
