It is highly unusual and potentially problematic for an online auction company to reopen an auction after the hammer has fallen and declare it was due to human error. Once an auction has concluded and items have been won by bidders, it is generally expected that the results are final. Reopening the... View More

No one needs your permission to save the photos you send to them, what would make you think that they do? No one needs your permission to remember what you say to them, or to repeat it to someone else. What you put out on the internet or over texting on the phone is the same thing, and IT LASTS... No this would likely not be considered stalking. The law has not caught up to where technology has gone yet. This would not be stalking in my opinion. You can block someone from contacting you on most sites. Stalking would require continuous behavior and not just one or two creepy messages.

If you wrote to him on facebook and he put it up, not much you can do. Ask the provider to take it down.

Without knowing what it is, hard to say--but I can tell you suing him will cost you lots of money and time and not get you anywhere.
