Q: Arrested for dui in nov. spent 24 hours in jail. Bonded out. Never saw judge. Arrested again dui in march. Totally sober

Spent 24 hours in jail. Bonded out. Saw no judge warrant issued next day spent 24 hours in jail released with scram saw no judge 4 months later still no judge?? Are my due process rights and civil rights violated?

To my knowledge there is no statutory max fee. Sometimes the County Commission will set towing fees paid out upon a County request. Call the Anderson County Mayor.

If no one saw you driving, you may be able to challenge it on not being committed I. The presence of the officer, ehich is required by most misdemeanors.

No. Kansas will see that you still have things to take care of in Virginia. They will not give you a license until those things are fixed.

Any amount of alcohol or other drugs in your system can be used as evidence for DUI. .08 is only an evidentiary presumption. So never take an implied consent test.

If you passed the blood and breath test you have a chance. Also it depends on how you performed on field sobriety test and the reason he pulled you over

Q: I got pulled over for window tint, even though it was legal, and the police did not meter it or give me a ticket of it..

But ended up giving me a dui because I refused the breathalyzer.

But the windows were of legal tint. Can I win and get it all thrown out?
