It is illegal to drive without insurance and I am not condoning it. That said, failure to have insurance has nothing to do with whether you are the at-fault driver. Don't recall this account, told the litigation company that, honestly. They recently called and threatened to create a civil suit. No suits have been filed in the past. I've not had any gym memberships or made payments on any memberships in over 10 years.
