Sidewalk was repaired a couple days after I fell. At first American Family said they weren’t liable. They took pics after sidewalk had been fixed. I asked if I should lawyer up cause I had before pics of the walk and sent them. They agreed they were liable. What should I do now?

That's going to be weak evidence. Your best bet would be to retain a handwriting expert who can conduct an analysis of the two signatures to determine whether it is a forgery.
