Q: I had a schedule to dismiss hearing on 10/9. When I check the case still shows pending but it not on the docket anymore.

The court has not updated since the motion date. Did it get removed from docket by mistake?

Q: Can an officer search your vehicle without asking or stating he is and open peoples packages for delivery?

Officer did not ask or state he was going to search and opened packages that I had on my box truck to deliver to customers.

Yes, if an officer has a warrant, probable cause, or exigent circumstances, he can search without asking or stating that he is going to search.

He only needs to ask if he uses consent as the basis for the search.

Q: Can a local school districts grading policy be each teachers discretion only

You can file an original suit affecting the parent-child relationship (ie “SAPCR”) in the county where the child resides to establish your parental rights.

You should check the court file for the probate of your father's estate and get a copy of his Will.
