It would provide no benefit at all. In fact, trying to move your assets when in this type of situation is likely to be considered a fraudulent conveyance. Best way to confirm whether or not Arizona Department of Transportation knows about your Michigan DUI is to call them and ask. You can also easily check the status of your Arizona driver license/driving privilege at AZMVDNOW.gov.
