There isn't a numbered limit in the Pennsylvania Rules, but some counties will limit the number of questions in their local rules. Philadelphia is one such county for example. Check the local rules of civil procedure in whatever county the case is filed. Best of luck.

A Pennsylvania attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. Nationwide, cases involving minors can involve an Infant Compromise Order (different jurisdictions might use slightly different terms). Your attorney probably filed paperwork for this and should be able to... View More

A Pennsylvania attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for two weeks. You ask if this outcome is fair, and whether the law requires you be compensated full damages due to your injuries.
Unfortunately, that's not the way this works. It sounds like your file should be... View More

My seasonal role turned permanent, then I was fired weeks after reporting a sexual & verbal harassment incident; I was demoted and reported to another department and had no idea until another employee mentioned it. My vehicle was vandalized on the companies property, my timecard was deactivated... View More

I am not sure what your question is, but clearly you have several issues. I would strongly suggest that you contact an employment law attorney in your area as soon as possible to explore whether or not you wish to move forward with the EEOC complaint. Furthermore, if you still have issues with... View More

Because it is a business premises, the liability of the store is based upon the duty that it owes to the person who was injured. In this case, since the families were o the premises as customers, they are business invitees and are owed the highest degree of care. The piece that was used to secure... View More

If you haven't already, go see a doctor. As far as the sidewalk, in Pennsylvania it's a split responsibility between the town and the owner of the property (if it's not the town). Contact an attorney who is a member of the Pennsyvlania Assn for Justice in the town. They give free... View More

Hi,
I'm shopping around for Auto Insurance in PA; considering Progressive. I also like to ride bike. Hopefully, I'd never need it, but if a motorist injures me while I'm riding bike and they are at fault, would I be covered by Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage... View More

Short answer yes. Uninsured underinsured covers you if the driver running into you has no insurance or too little. If you have more than one car in your household get "stacking" --the best deal in car nsurance. It multiplies the coverage you had for UM/UIM by the number of cars, and... View More

If it is directed at you for a specific attribute you can start with a group that assists those with that attribute--NAACP, Lambda Legal Defense, etc.
The DA's Victim Assistance Coordinator may be able to direct you.
Threats would be a police matter.
