Q: Is it legal for my girlfriend to get my vehicle towed from the place where we both live because she was mad at me?

I legally still live at her place, and she called the tow company and told them that she didn't know who the vehicle was for.

If you legally lived there, and she caused it to be removed she is liable for the costs of recovering it. Whether police will accept a complaint is a different thing. If you have registration showing it was yours for some time, she knew that, then they might.

You file your bad faith claim in the court where you live or the court where the insurance company maintains an office.

You can file a complaint with the insurance commissioner.

If you mean the childrens older sister I don't see that. It's termination of parental rights, no sibling rights. You need to speak with a family law attorney.

That is more a matter for your zoning commission. It could be a violation of zoning regulations. A person isn't required to use land in a way that is aesthetically pleasing.
