Your facts seem confusing. But you definitely do not want to talk to anyone about any kind of child abuse except an attorney. It may be time for a new phone, and definitely do not use illegal drugs. Hopefully you will not be charged, but be ready to make bail and hire an attorney.

Defendant can claim the Statute of Frauds unless there is a writing, even a cashed check. General Sessions suit will cost about a third of your prospective judgment. If you get a judgment by default including costs, you will still have to work to collect it.

Yes it is good so far. But when the victim testifies at the grand jury, you will get indicted. Be ready to hire an attorney, and do not talk about this incident.

Order from who? Usually you take a copy of the Order to whoever has the property and present it before leaving with the item. If refused, hire an attorney to sue.

If the Daughter is a joint holder or a payable on death name on the signature card, then the deposited funds are owned by the Daughter. Wife should have no authority to remove money. Bank could be sued for such a conversion.

You apparently were found guilty of lack of financial responsibility since you paid a fine. Why did you not hire an attorney? It might be possible to set aside the Sessions Judgment, but very doubtful. Contact DOS and see what it takes for reinstatement. Also hire a competent attorney.
