Q: Return to work after surgery

Work in Delaware, got hurt on job. Had surgery. Surgeon has not released me for work but the work doctor has. who has the final say?

This is not unusual. The final say rests with the Industrial Accident Board which will hold a hearing. You should consult with an attorney with expertise in this area.

I wish you had given a little more information. When you say "complete foreclosure" are you starting with the date foreclosure was first threatened, the date a lawsuit was filed against you, or some other event?
