Start out by hiring a TX attorney to search the title.
Anything I can do since the very reason I chose to rent here was the amount of outdoor space/yard? One year lease was signed first of April.
This land is residential land. We used it for collateral to take out a construction loan to build our house which is also on the land. We own the land outright but used for collateral on loan.

More information is needed to provide you an answer-----what is the purpose of the easement and is that purpose allowed?

The problem. There is a road that runs on the property between what was her land and now ours. The family member who bought the mother’s lands says it belongs to him. Yes, a recorded written agreement can defeat a claim for adverse possession. Whether the neighbor even has a valid claim for adverse possession is unknown.

What is your question? Zoning Ordinances may affect you in some Counties, which should be checked prior to land purchase.
Four times exonerated by same Neighbors. This is the 5th. And they had to spend $3,500 on a survey on a cold winter night, then roped off & put up cameras and no trespassing signs on my only known access to my home where I've lived for 30 years. You will need to hire an AL attorney to file a Declaratory Judgment suit, and possible injunction. It is not cheap nor easy. You need to gather witnesses now. Otherwise your easement will be terminated.

It could be difficult to get guidance on this matter here. Attorneys on this Q & A forum answer questions that deal mainly with U.S. laws and courts. An attorney in Tanzania would be in a better position to advise about real estate transactions there. Good luck
This was done during the pandemic. But commissioners shouldn't be able to weasel it in under the radar just because of a " pandemic".

An Alabama attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. At this point, you could reach out to landlord-tenant attorneys in your state who have some familiarity with campus housing settings, or repost and include the "Landlord-Tenant" category. Good luck

NO!
Any rights to land in TX, and the USA, must be in writing and recorded with the county clerk.
I hope this helps.
The neighbor is also a business. It's in an unincorporated zone in Llano Tx, so there are no sign permits. The official property lines on the Land Title are like 3-4 ft off so everyone's lot is technically overlapping.
