I suggest that you find a medical malpractice attorney in California, not in Washington State. You can find start by trying to find an attorney in the county where the medical practice in CA is located: https://www.calbar.ca.gov/Public/Need-Legal-Help/Certified-Lawyer-Referral-Services-Directory... You have a case worth looking into further. Medical malpractice means that a doctor violated the standard of care. A bad outcome is not enough. Another doctor would be needed to evaluate what the doctors did.

Consult with experienced malpractice attorneys.

The performing doctor did not provide a safe working environment (the procedure room was 57 degrees), and ignored the radiologists results from my spouse's visit to the emergency room. It is additionally suspicous that he grossly overused iodone during the procedure, causing a bladder infection.
