Something is missing here but I would recommend that you contact a criminal defense lawyer or a few of them in the area where you are being prosecuted------discuss your matter with the lawyers and then hire the one with whom you are most comfortable. Good luck.

You must be paid for all hours you worked, so you should bring this up to your employer and explain the discrepancy. Moving forward, you should independently track the hours you work so you have your own record of your start and end times.

An Arkansas attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. In general usage, the term "per annum" means yearly or annually. But that doesn't reconcile with the 10% daily interest you also mention in the description.

Yes, it can be amended. That is unless the defendant can show actual prejudice. That is nearly impossible in practice. It is discretionary with the Court and that discretion is given great weight.

I’m put the plate from one vehicle that I own onto another vehicle that I own until I could get to the court house and get them transferred. I got stopped by a policeman and cited for fictitious tags.

Yes, the police can ticket you for this even if you are the owner of both vehicles. In Arkansas, tags are assigned to only one vehicle unless they are dealer tags.

You should visit with a defense attorney about your case. Depending on how you were sentenced, you may still need to file certain motions and orders to have the charge removed from your record.
