Q: If I lost my job why do I still have to pay child support? What are my options until i find another job?

He also owes child support 15,000 for a previous child how is he allow to take support when he owes it. He been living with me for 18yrs and now he has convince my boys to leave home for this reason. Please what are my option and what can I do until I get another job

Q: What type of offense is it?

My Building manager threatened me in the receptionist's presence, "You don't pay rent. I will get you kicked out. I will call the cops on you." He was not aware that I had cleared my dues except for $1000.

As far as calling the cops it's probably a misdemeanor. Otherwise "I will get you kicked out" is ....bad management. You can complain to the owners but they may not care.

Q: do release conditions ordered by court apply if you were never let out of custody?

Context is important to answer this question. I can see a situation where someone was being released on one charge, but was being held on another charge. If that were the case the release conditions would apply whenever the person was finally released.

Q: How many times will a judge "continue" a PFA?

I have a PFA me and my kids temp was issued 3/2/17 hearing was 3/9/17 - was continued til 4/20/17 pending investigation of possible Criminal Charges. What are the chances judge will just continue again since investigation is still pending vs just giving us a Final pfa

Can a store charge my debit card without my permission or without physically having the debit card for a purchase that I already paid for but they claim that they have not receive the payment even though I have receipts and a bank statement verifying that the payment was already made?
