Q: I am currently in a pre-trial diversion program and Just got a summons for a trial court date. What can I expect?

I have completed all the requirements for the pre-trial contract, I just wasn't expecting to have to go back to court after signing the pre-trial agreement.

Just call the court and ask. They will tell you. It could potentially just be a status hearing.

Anyone with enough money to invest in general obligation bonds issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico should have enough time to call their bond broker and ask them to explain what is happening to all the bondholders.

You cannot discharge the old fines not can you discharge the student loans. The medical bills should be dischargeable.

Entities that do this argue that they are making use of a public record. Authorities can get involved if an entity requests money for removal of a record.

I am not seeing a patent issue here. To the extent that a patented concept has been embedded in a US required standard, then the patent rights necessary to adhere to the standard must be made available in a license to any company that requests it.

Q: Can a minor, (14/15) who proves he is responsible financially and can care for himself, get emancipated in Ohio?

If so would he still only be able to work an 18 hour work week, or would they be able to work more since they'd be considered an adult?
