Q: My neighbor has a dog bite says it was my dogs he is lying what can I do

The police issued me a citation for dangerous dogs neighbor said he was attacked by my dogs but it was not my dogs the cop said he has bite marks on back of leg or legs look like a mauling but there is no way on God's green earth it was my dogs.

Q: We were just given a 90 day termination notice pursuant to Property laws 226-c and 232-a.

As of today we are 3 months behind in rent. If payment is brought current before the end of the 90 days will we still have to vacate? Should we pay Oct 1 rent as we had planned? My husband and I are senior citizens.
