Q: Can i sue duolingo even though i live in iraq?

So i did a duolingo english test which is a requirement for my university in the DET program there is a service which costs 39$ that promises test results within 12 hours its been 13 hours and still no test results so can i sue duolingo?,even though i dont live in usa but i have citizenship there.

Yes. Uttering (taking a forged check to the bank or otherwise presenting it for payment or something of value) is an element of the offense.

If one did not know that the check was forged they might lack the mens rea (state of mind or requisite intent) to commit the offense.

Q: I had a felony exxsponged in 1998, for child support. It appears to law enforcement on their screen in the patrol car.

Q: Can a salaried employee in Arkansas be suspended without pay for saying they hate someone?

Q: As a former felon from another state, what happens if someone attacks me in my home and I shoot him with my wife's gun?
