first, you need to file an identity theft report with the FTC (and maybe your local police station).

Q: I have a misdemeanor ADW w/ no contact order. The v is threats to expose me in violation if i don't take the deal..

I'm taking it to trial there was no intent no assault she just heard the shot & Isn't blackmail a federal crime.. There are no such pics but should i use her actions in court against her & the sheer desperation to settle some vendetta she has with me?

You must have a private or public defender attorney.

Q: My car was stolen and my insurance company has done nothing to settle my claim since 4/16/21

My business has gone down hill because I DO NOT HAVE TRANSPORTATION. I paid for the highest package and never received one ounce of what their contract stated. This is fraud and I need an attorney asap. I am in San Diego but my insurance agent is in Beverly Hills.

I suspect there is more to the story, but basically you have probably have an insurance bad faith claim against the insurance company, not the agent. Q: can someone be arrested and kept in custody when there has been no evidence presented on the charges he was booked.

husband was arrested 3 years ago and remains incarcerated he has not been presented with the evidence incriminating him he has been told evidence was not booked.

When an in-custody felony defendant is not brought to trial within 60 days of his arraignment, the charges must be dismissed, unless there is a very good reason for a delay, or the defendant consents to a delay. Cal. Penal Code section 1382.

i am not an immigration lawyer and would suggest you contact a local immigration lawyer for guidance.

from a criminal standpoint, if there is a decision to file, it will be filed as a bench warrant. Thus, when anyone checks they will see it and you will be arrested.
