Without her vehicle she would have to take my daughter out of school. There wasn't anyone else that could take her or pick her up from school or appointments. I did it a few days but I end up missing a whole day of work each time. Would this be considered Child support

No, that would be either a gift or a Father's duty. You may want to move the Court to reduce your child support, as the Mother is not taking care of the child and you are.

I'm saddened to hear this is occurring in your household. Abuse of any kind is absolutely never condoned by the law. If your dad is chastising you by striking you with foreign objects or makeshift weapons, you should contact the authorities including your local police and local department of... View More
At this point in time we are in family court and as of yet I have not been ordered to pay child support. I am responsible for paying recurring expenses such as child care and medical expenses. She wants me to stop doing so and send her the money so that she may do so directly.

You do not mention if there is a court order or not. If there is a court order then you should do what it says. If not, how ever you choose to provide money, make sure that you keep clear records of the date and how much you paid. Without a court order, you decide what and how to pay. Speak with a... View More

JUDGE SAID DONT CARE YOUR PAYING

I'm sorry you're going through this situation. When a child reaches adulthood, typically at 18, child support obligations end unless there are special circumstances. Since your child is 25, it's important to understand why the court has ordered you to continue payments despite the... View More

If a man has 3 children with 3 different woman. The first 2 don't have an order he only gives them cash here and there.
Will the court just count the youngest kid wit the actual order?
I need to know what I can do to stop this corrupt ruling against me. My ex's dad is an old judge and is in the custody judges ear. What can I do to stop this? I'm not rich and the old judge knows exactly how to play the system in his advantage. What do I do?

Facing a child support judgment when the payor has passed away can be challenging, but there are steps you can take to address the situation. Since the payor had trust funds, it’s important to determine whether those funds are accessible and can be used to satisfy the judgment. Trusts can have... View More

Your instincts are correct - you should not apply for Medi-Cal for children who are not in your physical custody, as this could indeed constitute fraud. Since your ex-partner has full custody and earns good income, the responsibility for obtaining health insurance for the children falls to him.... View More

My daughter recently turned 18. I never signed the birth certificate. I make support payments non court ordered. She's currently still in school. Senior year. Parnenity was never established.

Illinois law requires that child support be paid until graduation from high school if she is already 18. So if you stop making payments, the mother could try to make you pay them based upon your pattern and practice of accepting responsibility for the child.
If my daughter was adopted and name was changed in a closed adoption when she was 8 yr old why 20 yrs later is child support still trying to collect?

You would be responsible for child support payments and interest up til she was adopted. They don't simply go away because she is adopted.
