Q: Yes, I was just wanting to see if I could find a lawyer that would take my case on a body attachment for a child support

Yes, I had a court date, but they never sent me the paperwork for the court date. I went to the one in July or sorry in April and they had one in July and I think any paperwork for the July court date. So they put a body attachment out for me

Not sure what the decree says honestly. If child support continues through college what are the rules for that? Can payment go directly to the adult child?

Go to your local county attorney’s office. They will help you establish child support against dad.

To be found as wilfully refusing to pay child support, especially by admission, means you repeatedly and unjustifiably were not paying your full child support. Q: I receive Calworks. My ex spouses taxes will be garnished to pay child support arrears. Will it be sent to Calworks?

Arrears have been established by child supprt agency and they also collect and send a portion to Calworks every month.

You need to know that when your ex-spouse’s taxes are garnished for child support arrears, the funds are first processed by the child support agency.
