Q: What does this mean

What does it mean when the judge is awaiting an order from the prosecutor?

Just what it says. The judge apparently asked the prosecutor to prepare an order for the judge to sign and the judge is waiting on that order.

You might consider contacting the local prosecutor or seeking help from the Kentucky Bar. Before you do any of that I'd hire an experienced wills/trust/estate lawyer to advise you.

No. It cannot be revoked based on terms that weren’t part of the probation.

You could if the judge determines your second charge violates the bond conditions of the first charge.

Q: I received a letter yesterday from the Louisville Metro Housing Authority Section 8. It said that I was overpaid.

I rented my house from 2014-2017. Section 8 made direct deposit payments. When the renter moved out, she notified section 8 and they discontinued payments to me. They began making payments to the renters new apartment. Do I need to pay the overpayment?

Yes. Absconding could not only impact your MRS but also cause you to be taken into custody immediately, notwithstanding your posting bail.
