Q: can i ride my electric scooter in texas on the roads, in an area without sidewalks or bike lanes?

The electric scooter at question has a top speed of 25 mph and it is my only form of transportation I live in Seguin Texas, I have never even seen a bike lane in the city and no roadways have sidewalks.

Yes you can lawfully operate an electric scooter on roads. There are specific laws that pertain to bicycles and scooters. https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/docs/TN/htm/TN.551.htm. In addition, you must obey all applicable traffic laws.

First, there was no reason your company needed to get a new taxpayer ID number. Second, there is no reason it should need to get a new bank account with the caveat that you need to ascertain why a new taxpayer ID number was obtained. Q: personal lawsuit against Livenova Breach

I got a letter that my information was breached on my medical device by Livanova. It's called a VNS for epilepsy. I tried to join class action but were full and couldn't join. Is there a way I can start a lawsuit? I'm seriously thinking of having my device removed from my chest due to breach.
