You are not and will not be personally liable on the loan because you did not sign the note. However, if you inherit the house the lender can foreclose if the payments stop rolling in.

You can start by filing a complainant with the bank that issued the debit card; then calling the local police agency and advise them, OR in Connecticut, you can file a report with the Attorney General - Office of the Consumer Fraud Protection at 860-808-5318.

What do you mean by seduced you? This could involve criminal activity if it involved sexual activity. You should contact an attorney immediately as you have recourse for a civil action against this therapist and possibly a criminal action against the therapist as well depending on the facts.

If they have chips return them; if they won't help, then contact the home office; if they won't help contact the FDA--or you can sue them in small claims.

The problem is some time has gone by and it leads to the feeling there is a lack of immediacy.

That is a common question. If your husband died, the house would pass through his estate. If he has a will that says you get all of his assets, you would get the house after the Probate process is complete. If he does not have a will, the house and all other assets will pass to his heirs at law.... View More

Property passed via will to the decedents children. An affidavit regarding real estate was recorded pursuant to CGS 49-12A, but there is no executors deed. Is an actual deed necessary, or is the affidavit enough?

In order to transfer real estate from one person to another, a deed is always required. Are you a U.S citizen? If you are then you should look at getting him U.S citizenship, one temporary fix could be having him come back to the U.S and filing for a re-entry permit.

The answer depends on what "destroyed" means. If your case was dismissed or nolled and then later "destroyed" then pursuant to Connecticut's erasure statute you are deemed to have never been arrested. Without more specific details it is impossible to give a more precise answer

The statute of limitations controlling net operating losses can (and very often is) be very different for the federal government as it is for the several states; look it up.

Q: I have been charged for 2nd degree larceny by ex employer. First time offender in CT

I was fired in February and just got notified in June this was happening. Never been in trouble before. He claims I didn’t work the hours I did and the raise he gave me never happened. My raise went through payroll and he looks at the records all the time. All raises are verbal nothing in writing.
