First, statute of limitatrions for injury is two years. Depending on how it happened you may have a case against someone more solvent than the guy who is copping a plea.

The question isn't who is injured but also who was at fault. Assuming the other driver is at fault you can sue them for damage to the car, plus your injuries, but your injuries must be severe if you were the owner of a registered uninsured vehicle.

You say "any watchlist"-- a minor can be a person of interest to criminal justice agencies.

A minor could be on a no fly list.

If you are concerned that you are, you would want to avoid social media of any type, limit emails, and consult with a criminal defense attorney.

I am not an Arkansas attorney but most states state which parts must be new & /or o.e.m. and which may be Grade 1 used. However if they approved the build/estimate then they should pay it.

If you had comprehensive it should have covered. Get the policy, read the language.

You can only recover if an expert says it was due to a manufacturing defect. If it is relatively new that is easier than if it was bought used.

The question is was it the type of deformation that a breeder should have been able to spot--not all such deformations are able to be detected without specialized knowledge. Not sure of your question. If you didn't have one, you can be ticketed for that even if you were not at fault. I can't speak for Ga but in pleading and trying a case, I try it as if it were punitives so all that is useful knowledge.

If you are an employee, you can file for unemployment comp alleging a change in work conditions.

As to at will employment--that's what everyone is. He can't withold wages for work done. Take his advice and call a wage-hour attorney,
