Q: I live across a high school baseball field. If I or my family gets hit by a foul ball can I sue the school?

Did you notify the school and ask them to put of a fence? Generally, you have a technical trespass claim, and that would cover any injuries. If its a problem for the neighborhood maybe send a joint letter to the school board and copy your city council representative.

It's not clear what you mean by "charged off debt." Did you pay the debt? Then that is a defense and you may have a counterclaim. However note the time to respond to the complaint.

Note: capital one is sometimes sloppy with their complaints, and especially showing that the...

The statute of limitations for injury claims in Colorado is two years. It may be longer if you were under 18 at the time, but if you were older it would be two years. Why not call an attorney who handles fall cases to see? Many give free consultations.

Q: Is it legal for a company to charge me for not being enrolled in autopay? I'm being charged 7.50 a month, seems illegal.

Companies can give a preferential rate if someone signs up with autopay. Are you being billed extra because you are not or did you just choose the non-autopay option?

Depending on the industry, file a complaint with whoever regulates that industry.
