Did you notify the school and ask them to put of a fence? Generally, you have a technical trespass claim, and that would cover any injuries. If its a problem for the neighborhood maybe send a joint letter to the school board and copy your city council representative.

firm for collection. My question is can the law firm which is in ct. send me a summons for charged off debt? I believe the laws in ct. prohibit this.
answered on Feb 26, 2021
It's not clear what you mean by "charged off debt." Did you pay the debt? Then that is a defense and you may have a counterclaim. However note the time to respond to the complaint.

The statute of limitations for injury claims in Colorado is two years. It may be longer if you were under 18 at the time, but if you were older it would be two years. Why not call an attorney who handles fall cases to see? Many give free consultations.

Time frame of two years post care for what--a claim? Insurance? you need to give us a bit more informtion.

Im not hearing that you had any problem physically, that you still have the wrapper etc. Unfortunately, I can't think of an attorney who would take the case as you have stated it. Why not contact an attorney who handles fall cases in your area--most give free consults.

Assuming this is a tax question (you dont say what type of exemptions) start with accountants in Tasmania.
What can I do about this?
answered on Feb 25, 2021
you can file a complaint with the police. You can sue them in small claims for the value of the items.

They should be legal as the law that banned them (dealing with switchblade knives and anything similar) was repealed.
