Q: I have mold in my house making me and my kids sick what is the landlord's obligations and there's no lease involved here

Also have electrical wiring issues no sink I moved in here with feces on the walls and floor and no floor in the kitchen old plumbing is really messed up septic is backed up

There is not one. The limitation is in reference to a public or private school, so unless this baseball field is on school property, then there is no restriction currently.

I'm sorry that happened to you. It is not going to make financial sense to pay an attorney to sue for a night's stay. You can file your own lawsuit in small claims court.

Permits are only required for removal of trees in a county right-of-way or in a designated forest conservation area. Trimming trees wholly within the yard of a private property owner does not require a permit.
