Q: Company gas cards with our names on them are we liable if someone takes them?

We were issued gas cards with our names on them by our company and we carried them all the time..now they want us to leave them at work out in the open for anyone to grab… but they say gas is being stolen.. is this legal???

If your company is asking you to leave gas cards with your names on them out in the open, this could lead to security and liability issues. The gentleman should be eligible for a public defender to represent him. He can ask the court to appoint one.

Sound like a violation of Ky labor laws. A complaint to the Labor Board might resolve the problem.

Q: Can i be charged for bail jumping after I served my entire sentence,and appeals court sends it back

Afterwards and the commonwealth attorney changed my date without notification to me and there's no bond or bail due to me serving out

Yes, although you may have a solid defense to it. Hire a criminal defense lawyer immediately to get out in front of this problem.

Q: Yes I'm currently on bond for drug offenses. A search warrant was executed at my mother's. It had the incorrect address

The affidavit and warrant had the incorrect address plus description of home was inaccurate also they seized an item that was my mother's not mine that had nothing to do with anything

You can challenge the warrant through a motion to suppress.

Once convicted of a felony, your right to possess a firearm is lost unless or until you are pardoned or the charge is expunged.

Yes. Obviously there was an oral contract to do something bc they have the dog. You will either have to pay them or hire a lawyer and litigate the return of the dog.

Q: Does frcp 60(b)(2) apply if there was no trial? e.g. 12(b)(6) dismissal? If "yes", what legal authority supports answer

plain language FRCP of 60(b)(2) reflects "trial" under FRCP 59 so I don't know how it could apply to 12(b)(6) dismissals.

Safer to file in your county. It can always be changed by the Court.
