Q: I am an employee of Border Inn Casino named in this suit, 2:2023cv01405, owner doing same thing here, what can we do?

xx has allowed the Fire Suppression system at the Border Inn to fall non-compliant, just as he did in Maine. It has not been inspected since November 2022. He is also non-compliant /in-violation on basically every workplace expectation and standard.
